Are the paintings truly originals?
Yes — every original painting is one of a kind, painted by hand. Once it's sold, it's gone. We also offer fine art prints for select works if you'd like a more accessible option.
Can I commission a custom painting?
Yes, we love working on commissions. Get in touch through our contact page with details about your space, colour palette, and size, and we'll take it from there.
Do you offer framing?
Framing options are available for select works. If you're interested in a framed piece, mention it in your order notes or contact us before purchasing and we'll let you know what's available.
The colours on screen look different from what I expected. Is that normal?
Yes, this is completely normal with original art. Every monitor displays colour differently. We do our best to photograph our work in natural light to represent it accurately, but slight variations are to be expected. If you'd like additional photos before purchasing, just ask.
Where do you ship?
We ship across North America. If you're outside of North America and are interested in a piece, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the nature of your order. Original paintings and framed works require additional care and handling time before they ship. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
How are the paintings packaged?
We take packaging seriously. Originals are carefully wrapped and protected before shipping. Framed works are crated. Prints are rolled or flat-packed depending on size.
Can I return a painting?
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges on original artwork or prints. We encourage you to ask questions and request additional photos before purchasing — we're happy to help you feel confident in your choice.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging. We will work with you to find a solution.
Do you offer trade pricing?
