By using this website or placing an order with Govan & Ghio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Govan & Ghio is based in Quebec, Canada, and all transactions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.

2. Products

All artwork sold through Govan & Ghio is handmade and one of a kind. Colours may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to monitor settings and the nature of original art. We do our best to represent each piece accurately through photography.

Dimensions listed for each piece are approximate.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be applied at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship across North America. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Govan & Ghio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order has been handed to the carrier.

5. Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on original artwork or prints. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Govan & Ghio. Purchase of a physical work does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Govan & Ghio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
